Professional Standards for Dance
First published in 2003, our Professional Standards for Dance (PSD) is the benchmark document for compensation and working condition standards in dance. 

Training Subsidy Program
Available to all Professional Members, the Training Subsidy Program (TSP) reimburses the costs associated with ongoing training and conditioning at 60%, up to $350 annually, per member.

Caregiver Subsidy Program
Available to all Professional Members, the Caregiver Subsidy Pilot Program (CSP) reimburses (at $7/hour) up to $350 a year for the cost of caregiving incurred while training, rehearsing, and/or performing.

Free After-Hours Rehearsal Space at the National Ballet School
Professional members can book rehearsals through the joint agreement made between the National Ballet School (NBS), the Dance Umbrella of Ontario (DUO), and CADA/East. 

Membership Discount Program
Discounts offered to CADA/East members on performances, classes, studio space rentals, products, and services.

Community Learning Series
Workshops and Panels addressing issues in our dance communities.
